Simplicity is the core of the project for this loudspeaker enclosure with its unique and innovative design. Made from high-density polyethylene, it is not only beautiful, but also resistant, indestructible and recyclable.
Flexible, rapid and safe assembling in fixed and mobile installations thanks to the 6 fly points included in the cabinet shape.
The components are custom designed to Montarbo specifications and operate in complete synergy with the dedicated electronic circuitry:
- 12" neodymium magnet woofer for the bass section
- 1,4" driver coupled with a constant directivity horn (60°H x 40°V) for the mid-high section.
2 built-in MosFet class AB power amplifiers.
Output power:
450 W continuous, 650 W peak for the low frequencies
150 W continuous, 250 W peak for the mid-high frequencies
2 independent dynamic processors.
High slope electronic crossover (24dB/octave, 1 kHz, Linkwitz-Riley).
The rear panel is fitted with balanced XLR input and output (link) connectors, master volume control, mid-high level control and ground-lift.
The shape of the cabinet allows for both vertical and horizontal installation (for stage monitoring). Easily flyable thanks to the 6 fly points. It is also equipped with 2 side handles (for easy carry and set-up) and with a stand adapter.
In the applications requiring an extension of the low frequency response W14A combines perfectly with the Montarbo active subwoofers SW540, 119SA, 215SA and 218SA with built-in stereo electronic crossover.
